KEI offers two Summer Sessions at Mahidol University International College (MUIC). Summer Session I runs from early to late June and focuses on biodeversity and sustainability field work and research. Session II runs from early to late July and offers a variety of courses in Thai studies, business, health science, humanities and design. Students can enroll in up to 2 courses during Session II. Courses are 4 MUIC credits (equivalent to 3 semester credits at most universities in the USA).

Session I (June)

ICBI 263 Practical Sustainability and Biodiversity
Exploration of sustainability and biodiversity through hands-on fieldwork and research; review sustainability and biodiversity literature, develop research questions, and design investigations focused on real-world environmental challenges; assessing and conserving biodiversity across various ecosystems; sampling strategies; field work included.

Session II (July)

• Some courses are offered during the morning session, and others are offered during the afternoon session. If you plan to enroll in two courses, make sure that one course is in the morning and the other in the afternoon.
• The two ICBI courses run all-day (morning and afternoon sessions) and intened to be taken together. ICBI 403 is offered during the 1st half of July; ICBI 464 is offered during the 2nd half of July.
